tires added to the list, and you're welcome

by that, my redline starts at WWF +15, and I will most likely be WWF+18 in may

Tire swaps are only allowed in the Top Gun class...and I doubt you want to AutoX on DR's.

I just added a couple new goodies on my car, I updated my mod list on my registration page, is this going to cause any problems? It bumped me from 40 to 45 points, I think that I was already in the Top Gun Class, but like I said I just wanted to make sure it would not pose any problems...Thanks

It shouldn't be a problem...especially if you're already in Top Gun.

After finding out that I would not be able to race on the tires currently on my car due to remaining tread I ordered a set of Toyo Proxes R888 and am curious if this will change the class that I am currently in. Any help is appriciated....please advise.

Were the last tires you had r-comps? If so, then no change, if not, then there's probably points.

Sorry if this is a dumb question (WW/NASA Noob here), but I'm new to the point system.

In the suspension section

Suspension Mods:
Non-OEM adjustable shocks/struts w/threaded strut body “coilover conversion” spring perch height adjustment (7 points)

Threaded adjustable spring perches (3 points)
Non-OEM adjustable shocks/struts (4 points)

These items read the same to me....so is that a 7 point hit or a 14 point hit?

Shouldn't I be in F also with the other ST/STS cars?

I have Coilovers w/ adjustable spring perches and adjustable shocks....is that a 7 point or a 14 point hit? Seems like a double dip.

I drive an 89 Civic Si (1.6L)......7 points above on suspension puts me at 22.....14 would be put me at 29. Please HELP!
I've sent two emails to the admin looking for the rules.....still no response.

What does an engine swap to a smaller displacement do to your points?

<EDIT>

I guess i should explain.

I didn't run this year because i just felt weird about rushing getting my car back together only to run Top Gun with a double digit wheel horsepower car. I understand rules is rules, i'm not mad or bitter in the slightest about it.

I AM running next year. The suspension is finally buttoned up, and a swap is on the near horizon for me.

My current engine is a 2.2 litre 4-banger n/a. I'm swapping to another celica motor, but it's a 2.0 boosted motor. Let's say theoretically, i put an interior back in the car, or put carpet everywhere like everyone suggested to get me back down to the F+17 my car sits at right now, then i swap in this motor. I WILL be retaining the factory ECU, fuel system, and turbo that the new motor will have, adding only a boost controller. The boost controller i have purchased is a +4.

So.... my car at the moment is an F +17. Add 2.0 litre turbo Celica motor (+?) and in-car driver adjustable boost controller (+4) = ???

Sorry for making this difficult. :P

So i'd be an F + 41, putting me at a D +1. Sweet.

Not to ruffle anyone's feathers, but i can see how the R32 ended up where it was at this point. :P It wouldn't be a D class car. Moot point, since i'll end up in TG anyways, but it'd be more competitive in C or B, assuming i can drive. Which i can't, so it's ok.

I'm curious how the ECU points are interpreted. It's the factory PCM, but the programming allows switching between 2 tunes by engaging or disengaging traction control. I'm also able to flash tunes via laptop, but cannot make real-time changes to the programming. All programming is done off the car...

EDIT: Currently selected: Performance chip/Single generic ECU non-reprogrammable reflash — turbo/supercharged (4 points)

That right...?
