Exclamation Car Clubs/Car Groups/Car forum parking choices.

Ok, If you are coming in to the event, and you want to all park together, we are going to do our best to save spots for you to do just that. However, we would like to know what group is coming, and approximate number of cars you will be rolling in with. (Ball park)

Here is the layout of the track, and where the Vendor row will go, amongst the Carshow people.

Yellow "Blocks" Space for Vendors. When the spots fill up, I will make them completly yellow. The BLUE blocks are the carshow "Clubs". Most cars, first dibs on which block is filled in blue. (Denotes area spoken for if solid blue)

Just PM me, I will put info here. The larger the group you are coming with, the better spot you get to choose from. I will have a satellite area of "Marked off" VIP Spaces. Thanks.

[SIZE="4"]ISOC: 20+ cars
Madcou: 20+cars Next to AMK RACING
Gravity Concepts: With AMK racing, some outside the tent
Supra Club: 30/40/50 cars. Supraforums. Supramania. Joining us for part of their Indy2K10 Annual meet| May 7-9, 2010
Indy RX7V8: 10? cars
Midwest Evo: 20 cars. ABOVE INDY SRT. This area may get flip flopped, I have to go check the area, to make sure all fits up there.

I am getting "Marker signs" this week, so sound off kids!!

These are just a few clubs I remember who want space out with us. If I didn't put you on the list, and will be coming out with a club, let me know, I will add you guys too!!

Wherever. It would be nice being close to the track but we will go wherever you have room for us. And we are up to 37.

Depending on the area, but I think the 2 biggest groups coming can fit 80-100 cars in the area of "Supra/Indy SRT" Area? Or do I need to do some rethinking, remeasuring??

We liked the spot we had last year. We have quite a few more cars coming this year. So if we could get the same spot as last year That's would be great. Thanks.

I'm not sure where that was, lol but I can. You have a car count? we have to "Step off" the areas. You guys take the sign from last year? Or do I need to get another one made?

Ok. I remember. How many cars are coming in from MWE? I could split "Gilligans Island" where the Supras are. I am headed out to the track again, to pace off the areas, and finalize car counts. I know its not an exact science and groups can have more cars join their totals, but I need ballpark figures and a yardstick. Oh yeah, lots of coffee too! Then I will figure out who to put where.
