Please just make sure you will be off May,9th,2009 and short of death will be able to make it !
Just post up breif info
And PM Feign your phone # for quick contact.
From this list the master list of volunteers will be made for the day of the event.
Further and final instructions will be PM'd to you.

Depending on what you need help with, I know I can help as well as my husband and the people in our club that come for the show...

As for raceing, If I do any with my car, it would be the 1/4 mile, just to see what I can do with her. I always wonted to know what she can do officaly. Since I spank people now and then on the road when they chalenge me.

Duties will include:
.directing incoming competitors and car show peoples to the area's they need to go along the preplanned route threw the property
.help at the gates,checking that people coming in the competitors gate are competitors
.maybe some gophor duties

Glad my Monte will not be the only first Gen out there....

Mine has a little bit of a build up on the motor and trans so I know it will do a lot better then my first Monte I had.
(I was hit and run in it back around 1998, and it was totaled) And it did mid 13's (all original) in the 1/4 mi... It was a 72 Monte... My current one is a 71. but it dues have some weight in the trunk due to my custom box, so that may also slow her a little bit, from getting the best time pos. Who knows, like I said, I spank people now and then who chalange me on the street, so she may still get realy good times. ;)


As for helping,
I will let our club members know and get them ready to help if you need it that day... we have done all that sort of stuff with hosting our shows we do now and then, so it would be no brain stuff for us. :D
